Bramshaw Golf Club near Lyndhurst is the New Forest’s oldest golf club, with two quite contrasting 18 hole courses. The Manor Course is set in gently undulating mature parkland, whilst the Forest Course is out on the open heath - so don’t be surprised if you see New Forest ponies and donkeys, even cows or pigs grazing!
There are all the facilities you’d expect from a club with over 150 years behind it, and visitors are warmly welcomed. The clubhouse has a bar and restaurant that serves food daily; you can catch up on the latest on the sports channels, or if the sun has got his hat on, you can sit outside on the balcony or at the picnic tables alongside the putting green.
