If you like nothing better than to get out on the waters and play when you go to the beach, you should get yourselves down to Exmouth and go to Edge Watersports when you’re on your large group holidays in Devon.
Right on the seafront, Edge Watersports is a family run business, with all of them being more than proficient when it comes to racing the waves. At the helm are Steph and Eric who between them have 50 years of teaching watersports and have made Exmouth a big UK destination for it.
So, what will it be? Like paddleboarding or kayaking? Hire kayaks, boards or mega SUPs that hold up to 8 people, book a family or small group paddleboard experience, or if you’re a complete novice, have a taster session or a lesson. Step it up with wingsurfing or kitesurfing lessons, starting with beach kite flying to build up your confidence before you hit the water. You’ll be in the best possible hands as Steph has been a Kite Race World Champion 5 times and holds several multiple world records. It’s such a unique experience to be out there on the open water with the elements, with the wind and the tides, and the thrill of catching the waves.
