The couple who won and run Exmoor Distillery have a passion for traveling the world and high quality spirits, but wherever they went, the drinks they sampled, for them, seemed to be missing a certain je ne sais quoi. The answer? To produce your own, and the multiple awards their gin, rum and vodka have won show just how good it is.
Drinks are inspired by the natural beauty and features in the landscape around Dulverton, the wooded slopes and wild moors of Exmoor – the water used in the fermentation, distilling and proofing is drawn by bore hole from the Exmoor Aquifer. Their own blend of botanicals adds a very distinct flavour, once tried never forgotten.
