Hope Nature Centre, Southwick, Trowbridge, Wiltshire
Set within a beautiful country park in Wiltshire, Hope Nature Centre is a registered charity that was set up to help provide work placements for young adults with learning disabilities and it’s evolving wonderfully, so go and visit and support a very worthwhile cause. You’ll enjoy it, it’s a good family attraction; the little ones will love it because they can see alpacas, ponies, donkeys, goats, pigs, rabbits, chickens, etc. and even feed them if you buy a bag of food from the hut. Visit the fairy wood, hop on board the Land Train and see the attractions; there are play areas and during the summer months they have storytelling sessions.
Go to Squirrel’s Tea Room if you’re peckish; they do hot and cold food and you can sit outside under the gazebo if you want to.
If the weather isn’t too bad they’re open 7 days a week 10.00 am to 3.30 pm No dogs
