Oh wowsers, what a load of fun there is to be had at Paultons Park! You’d be wise to plan a whole day here because this massive 140 acre theme park on the edge of the New Forest has over 70 rides and attractions, gardens, play areas, and animals and birds to see so there’s a lot to squeeze in! Paulton’s Park is of course the home of Peppa Pig World, a theme park in itself, with 9 rides, an indoor Playzone, Muddy Puddles to splosh about in, and Mr Potato’s Playground. Those young ‘uns will be squealing with delight and you know what they say – if you can’t beat ‘em join ‘em so go for it, big time. You’ll find rides for all sizes and all ages but what will you choose?
Will you be brave enough to ride the Flight of the Pterosaur rollercoaster in Jurassic Land where you can spot lifelike moving dinosaurs? Or will you opt for The Edge, the Raging River Log Fume, the Sky Swinger or the Boulder Dash? Maybe the Victorian carousel is more your thing, followed by a stroll in the Japanese Garden or the Rockery. No doubt there will be moments of indecision; what to do? What to do next? Go and see the animals – tropical birds, giant tortoises, birds of prey, and penguins, watch a film in the 4D cinema, and when your tummy’s rumbling go and have your fill at the Wild Forest Family Restaurant or the Railroad Diner.
