The Old Rectifying House, Worcester, Worcestershire
It’s nice to stumble across a stylish restaurant like The Old Rectifying House in Worcester. The atmosphere is relaxed, the décor gorgeous; exposed brick walls, lamps and candelabras, cosy nooks to sit in. Out the back there’s a terrace which is quite a peaceful place to dine alfresco when the weather is good.
The food is modern fine dining and varied; Toad in the Hole, Pan-Seared Pollock, Haloumi Burgers, Coconut, Peanut and Aubergine Curry. There’s a kids menu and on Sundays the roast includes vegan options. A good one for gins and cocktails too; have a night out.
