Willow Tree is tucked away in a quiet lane just a short stroll from the centre of Taunton, a little hideaway that you feel quite privileged to experience. The setting oozes charm; it’s a 17th century former mill so there’s a waterside terrace which makes a lovely spot for drinks. The restaurant has won several awards and the owners maintain excellent relations with local suppliers to ensure the consistent high quality of ingredients. The ambience is cosy and intimate with exposed beams and a big inglenook fireplace; the service and food are very highly rated.
