Vivary Golf Course, Taunton, Somerset
This 18 hole parkland golf course in Taunton offers challenges to players of all abilities, and the opportunity to play in a setting that’s quite a delight. At par 65 4,580 yards, there are immaculate greens, water hazards, bunkers and tight out-of-bounds areas, but if that sounds too testing you could always plump for the 18 hole mini golf next door. There’s no clubhouse but there is a café on site where families are welcome, and it’s all easy to find as it’s within Vivary Park opposite the top of the High Street.
