Get out into the heart of the countryside on horseback; take in the rolling hills and open fields – and it’s all just 6 miles from the centre of Bath. They also do clay pigeon shooting and archery at Wellow Trekking Centre so you must put it on your list if you’re looking to book an activity for your large group; it’s great for families, hen weekends and corporate team building and these guys really know what they’re doing; instructors are well versed and fully qualified, and they can even cater for after events and will happily tailor packages to suit you.
Hats and boots can be provided for pony trekking, but wear sensible clothes with long sleeves. Booking essential.
