What a location! In the heart of Worcester on the banks of the River Severn, Worcester Racecourse is the home of summer jump racing, with fixtures running from May to October. Highlight of the calendar are Ladies Day in June, two Family Fun Days in June and September, and Irish Night in July, so if you’re staying nearby at a luxury large group holiday home, book up and go. It’s great fun, and is a real hit with hen parties and corporate hospitality groups. There’s a well reputed restaurant, and you can even hire a private box with a balcony overlooking the winning post.
