World of Country Life, Exmouth, Devon
Go to World of Country Life near Exmouth for a big chunk of family fun whilst you’re staying in Devon or Somerset on a large group holiday. It’s only ten miles from J30 of the M5, so it’s easy to get to, and once you’re here there’s plenty to do. Daily activities include a Deer Train Safari, bottle feeding the lambs and calves, goat walking, small animal handling, and bird of prey flying displays. Sounds great if the weather’s good, but equally, they’re geared up for those rainy days with an Exhibition Hall, an indoor Pet Centre and Animal Nursery, the Barnyard Theatre, soft play areas and Raceway Electric Cars. Rain or shine folks, rain or shine.
You can bring a picnic or you can grab something tasty from the Tractor Takeaway or the Pasty Shack, or you can tuck into delicious locally sourced food in Farmer Lee’s Food Barn.
