Originally part of a working dairy farm that's diversified with modern times, these centuries old barns have been thoughtfully converted into luxury large group holiday accommodation that sleeps 14 guests in 7 bedrooms. Up to 10 more guests can be accommodated in 4 more self-contained suites (extra charge - see Extras) - please also see Rooms.
Quantock Barns retain much traditional charm and each suite is aptly named - like The Grazing Paddock, Wagon Wheel, and Shire Horse. The main barn (The Wagon House), which has a hot tub, the games room and the 5 smaller self-contained suites are set around a large paved courtyard with outdoor seating and a barbecue. This is the perfect solution for a big group of guests who appreciate personal space - there's room to gather together, but you can have time out when you feel the need.
The backdrop is the beautiful Quantock Hills National Landscape where you can walk for miles and explore the rugged heaths and wooded combes. The beaches of the Somerset Coast aren’t far for days by the sea and there are several family attractions, historic houses and gardens, and cosy country inns within a short drive. Exmoor National Park makes for a wonderful day out discovering hidden valleys, high hilltops and heather-clad moors where wild ponies feed. Getting here is easy with the A39 close by and the M5 motorway (J24) within 30 minutes drive.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The house is immaculate and a beautiful space to spend time in. The beds are comfortable and every room has an ensuite. Beautiful baths in some of the rooms, and a hot tub outside! The owner brought over two bottles of bubbly when we arrived and they were attentive on checking in by phone throughout our stay. "
