We are delighted to announce that Sleeps12 property, Holemoor Stables in Somerset is a winner of the VisitEngland Rose 2022 Recognition of Service Excellence.
This leading accolade is given to accommodation establishments that consistently demonstrate the highest levels of service in welcoming guests and providing an outstanding visitor experience. It’s not an easy one to get either, with only 100 awarded each year across the entire accommodation sector in England – so that includes hotels, camp sites, B&Bs, etc. Holemoor Stables already hold a 5 star Gold Award from VisitEngland and have done remarkably well to achieve the Rose Award, but that doesn’t surprise us at all because we know how hard the team there work to keep standards high; the warm welcome comes naturally to them.
Hand picked by the VisitEngland quality scheme assessors, the 2022 ROSE Awards were carefully selected from nominations, assessor comments and online feedback from visitors. The nominations came from several areas including the annual VisitEngland quality assessment visit, other observations by the visiting assessor, and online customer reviews. The final judging panel takes this all into account and then looks for innovation that sets the business apart, such as the facilities and services offered to make the customer’s visit extra special.
This year the awards were presented on 5th May at the Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa where nominees/winners enjoyed a celebration event with afternoon tea. Our warmest congratulations go to property owners Claire and Robert Blackburn, property manager Dara Cridland and the team at Holemoor Stables.
Tucked away on a private estate in the Somerset countryside, Holemoor Stables is an award winning 5 star holiday house that sleeps 18 guests in 9 ensuite bedrooms. Heaps of space, an indoor pool, games room and play area make this a fantastic choice for multi-generational family holidays and celebrations.
