Brazz, Castle Hotel, Taunton, Somerset

In the town centre in Taunton, Brazz is a vibrant yet subtly chic restaurant and café bar where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Ingredients come from all over the West Country, though are sourced as close to home as possible. They’ve certainly got it all covered, with nibbles, sandwiches, salads and grills as well as main courses that will give you a tough choice; Slow cooked beef faggots, Confit rabbit pie, Pea, asparagus and broad bean risotto, and Panfried salmon fillet.

Brazz is as good for families as it is for romantic dining and get togethers of friends; sumptuous booths for 6-10 people give you your own space and they have a children’s menu. If you’re staying nearby celebrating a forthcoming wedding or some other special occasion, you won’t go wrong booking a girly night here with sharing platters and cocktails. Fun.
