It’s all about a gentle relaxed ambience and jolly good food at No3 Restaurant in Ross on Wye. The overall feel is modern rustic, the menu European and very much with the times. Go for cocktails, light lunches or dinner.
Go of an evening and you could start with Tian of oak smoked salmon perhaps, or Smooth chicken liver parfait and truffle butter. Follow with mains of Slow cooked shoulder of Herefordshire lamb or Butternut squash and blushed tomato tartlet, then round it off nicely with Iced blueberry and sloe berry parfait or Chocolate & orange mousse cake. They also do sharing platters and steaks, so there’s no reason why even the fussiest of palates shouldn’t be satisfied.
