The first and third Saturdays of each month see Wellington High Street come alive with stalls where local farmers, artisans and producers sell their wares. Take a big basket and fill it up with things to enjoy back at your Sleeps12 large group holiday home. You’ll find traditional breads, cakes, farmhouse pies and pasties, locally reared meat, fish, goat's milk, cheese and yoghurt, organic veg, jams, pickles and jellies. You might be tempted by the fleeces and sheepskins, handmade soaps, finely crafted jewellery, plants and flowers. The atmosphere is vibrant but people take the time to stop and chat; it’s just what holidays are made of, having the time to do things like this.
