BBQ: Gas bbq Easter to the end of October. Gas provided.
Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic), bed linen, cot mattress sheets, bath robes, slippers and all towels ( including spa towels ) are provided.
Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay. Check in time - 4pm. Check out time - 10am.
Coffee Machine: Nespresso Creatista coffee machine - 50 pods supplied, including decaffeinated. Both kitchenettes on the second floor have a Nespresso machine - original pods, 20 supplied for each machine.
Cots: 2 travel cots available on request. These measure 1m x 58cm and are for infants age 2 years and under.
Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Dogs: 3 dogs welcome (extra charge - see Extras). Please ensure you have read our Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet.
Electric Vehicle Charging: 3 EV charging points for guests to use at no extra charge. Extension leads cannot be used with these (charging cable to plug only). Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use cables or extension leads from the domestic power supply to charge vehicles. Please see Electric Vehicle Charging and Holiday Accommodation for important information.
Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (wine glasses, champagne flutes, gin bowls, water glasses, tumblers, pint glasses, shot glasses, plastic wine glasses and tumblers for outdoor use), navy blue cotton napkins, alternating navy and mustard placemats or slate coloured for all guests.
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish cloth, scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, bin bags, 2-in-1 washing powder, hand soap.
Welcome Packs of shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath and shower caps, child-friendly hair and body wash for infants, hairdryers in all bedrooms.

Features: Private spa hall with indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, games room, outdoor play equipment, outdoor table tennis, rustic hut, yoga studio/function room (extra charge - see Extras), fishing pond.
Fishing; The coarse fishing pond is a short stroll from the house within the estate. You will need to bring your own rods, etc. The pond is unfenced so children and pets must always be supervised. Note that the pond is not suitable for swimming.
Food Deliveries: Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco, Morrisons, Waitrose, Ocado and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.
Games Room: Pool table, air hockey, Xbox, Nintendo switch.
Garden: Secure garden with patio and outdoor seating, orchard where chickens live.
Guests: This property sleeps 26 guests in 13 bedrooms. 4 extra guest beds available (extra charge - see Extras); whilst there's a choice of extra beds, you can only use 4 of them - but it gives you several options and works well for families. For more details please see the Floor Plans.
Highchairs: 2 available on request.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is in the spa hall and seats 8. It has hand rails to aid access.
Kitchen/Utility: 5 x slide and hide integrated cookers with 5 ovens, combi oven, 3 x warming drawers, 5 ring induction hob, 3 x dishwashers, US style fridge/freezer, extra larder fridge, wine cooler, counter top ice machine, boiling water tap, air fryer, washing machine, tumble dryer. Top floor kitchens have undercounter fridges and dishwashers.
Music: Yamaha Sound System available to stream through Airplay on your own device, or you can stream direct through the Croftview IPad. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.
Parking: Gated parking for several vehicles.
Rooms: 13 ensuite bedrooms, large open plan living space (kitchen/dining room/living room), utility room, games room, spa hall with pool, hot tub, sauna, changing rooms and WC, 2 kitchenettes on the second floor, 2 WCs.
Room Configurations: All rooms except for Bedroom 10 (Barn Owl) have zip and link beds that can be arranged as super kings or twins. Bedroom 10 has a super king bed.
Rustic Hut: Firepit for year round use, with wood supplied. NB: This is not suitable for cooking on. System Line audio system.
Sauna: The sauna is in the spa hall and seats 8.
Swimming Pool: The pool is in the attached spa hall and is heated to 28-30 degrees. It measures 10m x 5m with a constant depth of 1.2m. There are steps and handrails in the corner. The door to the spa hall has a safety lock. If guests wish to bring their own inflatables to use in the swimming pool these must not contain glitter.
TVs: Smart TVs in all bedrooms and in the spa hall. The living room area and games room have TVs with a full SKY package including BT Sport. The living room TV also has a karoake machine. The TV in the spa hall can connect to the Sky channel playing in the games room.
Wifi: Starlink.
Woodburner: There is a wood-burner in the open plan living space. Kindling and logs are provided year round.
Yoga Studio: This is in a separate barn next to the house. On the first floor there's a large studio with a bar and kitchenette, on the ground floor there's a large commercial kitchen. Book the studio or the studio and kitchen for wellness retreats, celebrations and corporate events alongside your stay at Croftview (extra charge - see Extras).
Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm (consideration for neighbouring properties) - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
