10/10 - Claire the manager of the property made me very welcome. This place is very well rehearsed at receiving guests. The welcome pack had all the information needed for our stay. The games room is well equipped. The house has some stunning furniture, pictures and ornaments. The garden is well-kept and has some stunning views. And we were blessed to see nature at its best, 10 roe deer strolling along the pathway and a barn owl gave us a display from the beautiful sitting room window. - Perry

The main dinning and kitchen area at the house on the hill is ample to have 20 plus people comfortably in one place to socialise as is the main sitting room.
This was my main draw to this house.
Over all a 10/10 for our stay.

9/10 - The space is fantastic! The House perfectly accommodated our group with super communal spaces, beautiful grounds and flexibility with two kitchens. Unfortunately one of the bathrooms had problems with flies which rendered it unusable so was not an en-suite in the end for one of the couples. There was also a leak into one of the bedrooms. - Oza

10/10 - My family spent a wonderful weekend in the house, there was everything that we could possibly want. The living rooms and bedrooms were of the highest quality. Particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and wonderful grounds providing all of us with the most happy memories.- Edwards

10/10 - We had a wonderful holiday- the house was amazing and very well equipped plenty of room to spread out for a party of 22 of three generations yet all able to have our evening meal together at the massive table. The bed linen, towels and robes were very high quality. The pool was a great facility and well used as well as the games room. The family agreed they had a stress free holiday and it was a great place for making memories. We were so pleased to have found the accommodation, a touch of luxury yet comfortable. We spent most of the week at the house as the facilities were excellent and the pool a big asset. One day spent in Portsmouth some for shopping, some for cinema, and a boat trip as weather wet. Some went to Salisbury to a children's playground and Cathedral. - Connell

10/10 - House on the Hill is one of the best places we have ever stayed in. We couldn't have asked for more from the house or the surroundings. Everything was perfect. There was so much room, we didn't even frequent all the rooms. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need. The bedrooms are perfectly sized. The decor throughout the place is exquisite. It was such a lovely treat receiving a hamper too! The only issue we had was the fire alarm kept going off, but this was sorted really quickly by Ellen. The only thing I would say is if there is a hen do staying maybe use coloured towels instead of white, as we were told not to get fake tan or make up on the towels, which was quite hard. We did end up getting them a little bit dirty, but the stains came out. I have told everyone about how great this house is. Some of the group are already looking to come back for New Years. We absolutely loved our weekend. Thank you. x - Razzell
