Address: This can be found within your booking once you have secured your holiday.

BBQ: There is a gas BBQ available Easter to the end of October, with gas provided.

Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic fibres), bed linen, bath robes and towels are provided. Please bring your own towels and appropriate footwear for use with the hot tub. 

CCTV/Noise Monitors: Motion camera to cover the drive. Please see CCTV At Your Large Group Holiday House for more information.

Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay. Check in time - 4pm. Check out time - 10am.

Coffee Machine: Nespresso coffee machine that takes the original pods - a few of these are provided for guests.

Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Directions: These can be found within your booking information after you have secured your holiday.

Dogs: 1 dog welcome (small charge). Please ensure you have read our Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet. Dogs are only allowed on hard floor surfaces at this property.

Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use cables or extension leads from the domestic power supply to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging and Holiday Accommodation). Please use this ZapMap to find the nearest charging points.   

Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (champagne flutes, wine glasses, tumblers, shot glasses, plastic tumblers). 
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish cloth, scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, hand soap.
2 hairdryers (1 on ground floor/1 on top floor) , iron and ironing board.

*These items are not necessarily provided for the whole of your stay - you may need to buy more.

Features: Hot tub.

Food Deliveries: Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.

Garden: Grounds of half an acre, large terrace, garden furniture, covered outdoor area. NB: There are steep steps to the garden from the ground floor – children will need to be supervised at all times.

Guests: This property sleeps 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. For more details please see the Floor Plans.  

Hot Tub: The hot tub is on a patio in the garden. It seats 6-7.

Kitchen/Utility: Range cooker with 2 ovens, grill and warming oven, 5 ring induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, US style fridge-freezer, wine fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Music: Bluetooth speaker. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.

Parking: Off road parking for several vehicles.  

Rooms: 5 bedrooms (3 ensuite), family bathroom, large open-plan living/entertaining space.

Room Configurations: All rooms have zip and link beds that can be arranged as king size or twins. Bedrooms 4 and 5 also have an extra pull out guest bed - this works well for children.

TVs: There are Smart TVs in all bedrooms and Sky TV in the open plan living space.

Wifi: Broadband.

Woodburner: There is a wood-burning stove in the living room for use year round. Logs are supplied. 

Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
