  This is on the first floor and has zip and link beds (super king or twin) and 2 singles. There's an ensuite bathroom with a free standing roll top bath and a separate shower.

  Bedroom 2

  This room is on the first floor and has the option of a king size bed or 2 singles (both 2'6"). It has an ensuite shower room.
  Sleeps 2.
  NB: This room is now carpeted.

  Bedroom 3

  This is on the first floor and has zip and link beds (super king or 2 x 3ft singles), and a day bed. This room has a shower room which can also be accessed from the hallway.
  Sleeps 3.

  Bedroom 4

  This room is on the first floor and has the option of a king size bed or 2 singles (both 2' 6"). It can share the shower room with Bedroom 3 or use the shower room on the ground floor.
  Sleeps 2.

  This is a ground floor with zip and link beds (king size or twin) and use of the ground floor shower room.
  Sleeps 2.

  This is on the ground floor and has a double bed and an ensuite shower room.
  Sleeps 2.

  If requested highchairs will be left for you in the kitchen/dining area.
