For a true farm to dining table experience book Harry at Greencow to come to your large group holiday house and create an amazing 3 course dinner or farmhouse barbecue. This is proper food, using ingredients that are sown, grown or raised in the fertile fields of the West Country - ethically sourced, local and sustainable, local are his buzzwords. Harry grew up on a farm so he knows all about working with the seasons; he also knows all about food – how to prepare it, how to cook it, how to get the best from it, and what flavours work well together. He honed his craft with the likes of Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, River Cottage and Michael Caines, so even the presentation is amazing – this is food you’ll be wanting to post on your Insta feed before you tuck in.

Travel
Salcombe – East Portlemouth Ferry
This passenger ferry runs across the estuary between Salcombe and East Portlemouth every day. In the summer, service starts at 8.30am and runs every half an hour, with the last service at 6.30pm. Times may very slightly in the winter.
