Tickety-Boo was once the stable block to a busy farm; spin forward a few hundred years and following an incredible transformation, it’s now a luxury large group holiday house that’s big on features, space and style, designed with big happy holidays and celebrations in mind. The setting is a private estate on the border of Wiltshire and Somerset where alpacas, goats, little pigs and chickens live in the 20 acre grounds and there are views over the fields.

It's topsy-turvy living at Tickety-Boo, so the sleeping quarters are on the ground floor and the enormous open-plan living/entertaining space is upstairs. 7 ensuite bedrooms sleep 14 guests, with room for 2 more at an extra charge per person. There’s an indoor swimming pool with a built-in hot tub, a sauna, games room, movie room/snug and a lantern-strung courtyard with an outdoor kitchen and firepit. Just down the road is the Longleat Estate with its famous drive through safari park, within a short drive are more attractions and places to eat. Bath is less than 30 minutes by car, London about an hour by train.
