Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic filled), bed linen, cot mattress sheets, bath robes and towels are provided. Please bring your own towels and appropriate footwear for use with the hot tub.
Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay. Check in time - 4pm. Check out time - 10am.
Coffee Machine: 2 x cafetieres.
Cots: 2 travel cots are available on request. These are for infants aged 2 years and under.
Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Dogs: 2 dogs welcome (small charge per pet). Please ensure you have read our Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet.
Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use cables or extension leads from the domestic power supply to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging and Holiday Accommodation). Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (wine glasses, champagne flutes, tumblers, high balls, gin bowls, cocktail glasses, pint glasses).

Food Deliveries: Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco and Waitrose will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.

Garden: Large garden at the back of the house, with lockable gates, terrace, outdoor furniture, bbq and football goals.
Guests also have access to wider grounds at Dovesway; there is a fenced pond but younger children should still be supervised at all times.

Hot Tub: The hot tub seats 8 and can be used year round.
Kitchen/Utility: 4 oven electric Aga with double cooking plate, double electric oven and 4 ring hob, under counter fridge, microwave. Tall fridge freezer, extra fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility room.
Music: There are no facilities to play music at this property. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.
Parking: Off road parking for 6 vehicles.
Rooms: 6 bedrooms (2 ensuite), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, second floor WC, kitchen, dining room, utility room, living room, games room, snug/TV room, ground floor shower room.
Room Configurations: Bedrooms 1-4 have zip and link beds (super king or twin), Bedrooms 5 and 6 are both twin rooms.
Stairgates: There are no stairgates at this property.

Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm (consideration for neighbouring properties) - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
