BBQ: There is a gas BBQ available Easter to the end of October, with gas provided.
Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic fibres), bed linen, and towels are provided. Please bring your own towels and appropriate footwear for use with the pool.
Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay. Check in time - 4pm. Check out time - 10am.
Coffee Machine: 2 cafetieres.
Cots: 1 travel cot available on request. This is for infants aged 2 years and under.
Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use cables or extension leads from the domestic power supply to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging and Holiday Accommodation). Please use this ZapMap to find the nearest charging points.
Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (large and small tumblers, wine glasses, champagne flutes).

Food Deliveries: Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose, Morrisons and Ocado will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.
Games Room: Pool table and air hockey.
Garden: 2 acre garden, terrace with garden furniture.
NB: There is a pond in the garden, which is fenced, but children should still be supervised at all times.

Kitchen/Utility: Gas range cooker with 2 ovens and 6 ring hob, fridge, fridge-freezer, extra freezer, extra fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Music: No speakers provided. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.
Parking: Off road parking for 6-7 vehicles.
Rooms: 7 bedrooms (2 ensuite), 2 bathrooms, living room, large kitchen, dining room/orangery, snug, utility, games room, pool hall, WC.
Room Configurations: Bedrooms 3 and 6 have double beds, Bedroom 7 has a king size bed and the other 4 have zip and link beds that can be arranged as super kings or twins.
Swimming Pool: The pool is in a separate building just below the terrace. It measures 28.5ft x 13ft and is 3ft deep at the shallow end and 8ft at the deep end. If guests wish to bring their own inflatables to use in the swimming pool these must not contain glitter.
TVs: TVs in the living room, snug and kitchen. All are Smart TVs with Sky Sports & Movies.
Wifi: Broadband.
Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm (consideration for neighbouring properties) - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
