BLACK FRIDAY! ONE WEEKEND ONLY!

The House

Garden Court is set privately off a quiet lane, where code-operated gates lead to a small close of just 3 large detached houses. Park up, get out and have a stretch, let your holiday begin.

Step into a wide hallway where straight ahead are the stairs and a WC. To the left is the kitchen, a very sociable space, with a large central island, comfy seating and a big TV.  Straight ahead is the orangery/dining room with an outlook over the garden. Natural light pours in, there's plenty of room, and a nice big table to seat everyone.

Off the kitchen, the utility room also has access from the side of the house, so it's ideal for when you've been out for a walk in the Surrey Hills and come back with muddy boots. Continue through to the games room where there’s a pool table, air hockey, and a fridge for drinks and snacks.

Right of the hallway is Bedroom 7, next to it is the living room, with big soft sofas and French doors that open onto the terrace.

Upstairs, off the wide landing are Bedrooms 1-6; Bedroom 1 has a balcony overlooking the garden, a dressing area, and an ensuite bathroom, Bedroom 2 has an ensuite shower room, the rest have use of the 2 family bathrooms. On the second floor there's a snug, great for a quiet chat or to catch up on your favourite soap.

At the back of the housedoors open onto the terrace and the large part landscaped gardens. A few strides away is the private indoor pool, all yours whatever the weather, whatever the time of year. Beyond the pool house there’s a children's play area and a half-size football pitch – so heaps of fun for all ages!

Local Area

With the beautiful Surrey Hills on the doorstep there’s plenty of opportunity to embrace the great outdoors; wander to the bottom of the village, hop across the River Mole on the stepping stones and climb to the top of Box Hill, or puff your way up to the tower at Lodge Hill nearby. If you prefer your wheels, you’ll be glad to know that official cycle paths run very close to the village.

Just down the road is Dorking, a historic market town where you can visit the fascinating South Street Caves; further afield you can have a family day out at Hampton Court, Chessington World of Adventures, or Bocketts Farm Park, or for something different, take the kids to the mystical farm adventure park at Hobbledown.

Plant lovers will be in their element at RHS Garden Wisley, Polesden Lacey, or Claremont Landscape Garden, also worth a visit is Denbies Wine Estate and the Surrey Hills Brewery.

Get up early and head to London to see the sights and sounds. Visit the Houses of Parliament, London Dungeons, and Madame Tussauds; have a ride on The London Eye, and catch the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace.

Regroup at Garden Court and love the luxury of being together. This is where memories begin.
