Tucked away on a 52 acre private estate in the East Devon National Landscape, Heddinay brings you award-winning group accommodation for 26 guests in 2 lovingly converted barns set close together in an attractive courtyard setting. One sleeps 20, the other sleeps 6, all 13 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms or shower rooms. Both barns have private gardens with outdoor furniture and bbqs, the larger one has an enormous balcony with breathtaking views across an unspoilt valley.

Stay between March and October and you’ll have exclusive use sessions of a heated pool every day; whatever the time of year you can make use of the shared games room and play field. You’re free to roam the estate, so go and explore the open fields and woodlands, linger by the pond watching dragonflies dance, roll up your trouser legs for a paddle in the stream. This is a remarkable place to stay for holidays and unforgettable celebrations with friends and family, for hen weekends in the country, and for self-catering corporate hospitality and team building breaks.

If you can tear yourselves away within a very short drive you’ll find family attractions, historic houses to visit, fun fuelled activities and a good choice of places to eat. Best of all, the beaches of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site are only 15 minutes away for days by the sea.
