A late check out of 5pm is offered at Jollyoaks for an additional charge. Extend your stay and make the most of it with a lazy lie-in followed by a hearty cooked breakfast, or if you don’t want to cook, head over to The New Inn for a Sunday roast with all the trimmings. Walk it off with a stroll through the fields before loading the car and heading for home.

The produce he uses is ethical, local, seasonal, wild, organic and sustainable; Joe likes to work closely with the seasons, using wild and foraged food where he can. His style of catering is clean, fresh and rustic; the tastes and flavours are absolutely divine.

The Ella-Phant Kitchen brings a boutique catering service to your holiday house. The business is run by Gabriella who trained at one of the UK's top cookery schools – the Ashburton in Devon. Miranda and Carol have heaps of experience and the food they make is absolutely delicious, full of flavour, made using the best ingredients from the local area. Menus are tailored to suit the client and they work with specialist partners to offer Yoga & Brunch packages and a divine Vintage Cocktail Bar.
The Wild Pear
The Wild Pear is owned and run by Georgie, who has years of catering experience behind her, including a stint at Soho House’s flagship, Babbington House. A childhood on Exmoor gave her a love of flavours which grew into a natural talent for combining ingredients to create beautiful plates of food. Using foraged, local and seasonal ingredients Georgie will produce bespoke menus for you to enjoy at your Sleeps12 holiday house.

Marc at Soul Food has worked for several well-known restaurants, including the Castle Hotel in Taunton, Marc Hix, River Cottage and The New Angel at Dartmouth. He caters for all diets and will create a bespoke menu for a celebration dinner, cream tea, buffet, barbecue, canapes - whatever you want. He’ll also deliver wholesome home cooked food ready for you to pop in the oven. Everything is homemade and all ingredients are fresh, sourced locally and often wild or foraged.

Wall Eden Adventure
First rate fun and adventure for 2+ people, so great for large groups whether you're a family, a hen party, or a corporate team building bunch. Get out and have some fun kayaking or canoeing, try your hand at archery, air rifle target shooting, Battle Zone archery, or the curious sport of axe throwing. Run by Fran, Hunter Gatherings will come to your Sleeps12 large group holiday house to bring fun-filled activities and workshops for your hen weekend. Get prepared with afternoon tea or cocktails and gather round the table to make flower crowns, floral hoop wreaths, printed tote bags, mini flags or a boho tables set up. Try modern calligraphy, knicker decorating, DIY sash decorating or paper cutting. Otherwise go bespoke with your choice of crafts. Equipment and materials included, minimum group size of 8.

Personal Cocktail Bartender
Not many of us are lucky enough to have our very own private cocktail bartender, but here's your chance. Via The Bartender you can hire a Personal Cocktail Bartender to come and serve you your Mojitos, Daiquiris, Martinis and the like. If you're staying at one of our luxury large group holiday houses to celebrate a big birthday, an anniversary or a hen weekend, this is an excellent idea, something that brings a touch of glamour to your evening.
Like that idea? Well, you have a bit of choice; you can have either of the following:
- Hire a Cocktail Bartender - A skilled drinks maker will come to your Sleeps12 holiday home and make cocktails for you all.
- Cocktail Clinic - An in-depth cocktail class for you to learn all about cocktails and more importantly, how to make them.
- All Inclusive Package - With this one you get a professional cocktail bartender for 2.5 hours, plus all the things you need for 4 cocktails each, including alcohol, ingredients, glassware, ice and menus.

Fun Family Photography
Why not celebrate your family gathering with a photo-shoot with award-winning portrait photographer Emily Fairweather? Emily knows the Sleeps 12 properties well, choosing stunning natural backdrops for your family portraits & providing beautiful natural photographs to remind you of your happy holiday.
Emily will produce contemporary black and white images and vibrant colourful photos using natural light and gorgeous rural backgrounds at your Sleeps 12 property, garden and surrounding countryside. A typical shoot will last around an hour and will take place in two or three different parts of the garden/house – wherever the best light is. She’ll do large family group portraits and then a variety of smaller family shots in any combination you like.

Balloons and Ribbons love creating bespoke and beautiful designs for your celebration. It’s amazing what they can do with balloons of all sizes – arches, garlands, bouquets, hoops and sculptures, as well as neon signs, prop hire and themed picnics. Take a look at the gallery on their website and you’ll see that it’s nice and it’s different - and importantly, they only use biodegradable balloons.
