10/10 - Easy check-in, beautiful properly! Clean and well-heated for such a big house! The hot tub was super clean, we loved how everyone had individual robes too, such a nice touch! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook, the beds were nice and comfy and you could configure them to how you wanted to whether it be all singles, or all doubles, they could get the correct styles of bed for each different room. 10/10 - The House was beautiful, with plenty of space and clean. We had a fabulous time celebrating my mum's 60th birthday. We stayed in November 2023 and so it was quite cold weather but I was amazed how quickly the house heated up, great central heating system! We all enjoyed the hot tub. 10/10 - We have been staying in Dovesway for many years now, and the new owners have done a great job of doing it up and making it even more comfortable. It is a fabulous place to stay for a long weekend or even better, a week! The house is full of history (dated 1674!) and has old beams in every room. It is a very spacious property and the kitchen is very well equipped and has everything that you need. It never feels crowded in the house however many in your party due to the space and number of rooms. The bathrobes provided added a touch of luxury especially after a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Plenty of places to walk locally and two pubs in the village with a good atmosphere. The house always felt cosy and welcoming. Looking forward to our next visit and would definitively recommend it for a relaxing weekend away :) - Hosty

10/10 - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have been done by the host to improve our stay. The accommodation was exactly as described when we booked. There were more than enough cups, plates, knives, forks etc. Every room was decorated and provided a great atmosphere. The whole place was spacious and gave people the opportunity to take a break from the rest of the group or get involved.
It was one of the few places I have been where the impression given by the booking information was far outweighed by the actual experience and the wow factor when you arrive. - Bristow
