Coffee Machine: Filter coffee machine with filters supplied.
Cots: 2 full size cots are available on request. These are for infants aged 2 years and under.
Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Dogs: 2 dogs welcome (small charge per pet). Please ensure you have read our Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet.
Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use cables or extension leads from the domestic power supply to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging and Holiday Accommodation). Please use this ZapMap to find the nearest charging points.
Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (tumblers, champagne flutes, wine glasses), table cloth on request.
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish cloth, scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, 2-in-1 washing powder, hand soap.
Welcome Packs of shower gel, shampoo and soap, electric fans provided for all bedrooms when it’s hot, hairdryers in all bedrooms.

Music: iPod docking station. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.

Rooms: 6 ensuite bedrooms, large open plan living space, games area, pool hall, WC.
Room Configurations: All bedrooms have zip and link beds that can be arranged as super kings or twins.
Stairgates: Fixed stairgates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
Swimming Pool: The pool is in the attached pool hall and is accessed externally. It is heated to 28-30 degrees and measures 7m x 3.2m with a constant depth of 1.2m. There is a ladder on the side for access. If guests wish to bring their own inflatables to use in the swimming pool these must not contain glitter.
Toddler Beds: 2 toddler beds are available on request. These are for infants aged 4 years and under.
TVs: There are Smart TVs in all bedroom and a TV with Sky Sports & Movies in the open plan living space.
Wifi: Broadband.
Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm (consideration for neighbouring properties) - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
