10/10 - The whole experience was amazing, from choosing the property, booking it, all of the communication & then WOW - when we arrived the house was just beautiful. Ashley was great & made us feel very welcome. Everything was just perfect, the house was extremely well equipped and we could not fault anything - looking forward to a return visit! - Shields
10/10 - Having stayed at both Fuzzy Orchard and Ham Bottom, I prefer HB - more to do with the layout of the garden, hut and outdoor facilities - both are such peaceful places. Ashley is a very helpful host and we loved having the dogs around too. Looking forward to returning next Jan. Can recommend a shopping trip to Wellington, lovely little shops and cafe's.- Marshall
10/10 - We loved the pool. We loved to play pool. We really enjoyed the massages. The birthday cake lady made a wonderful special cake. We loved the bbq hut though the grill arrangement was rather odd and the charcoal seemed to disappear rather quickly down a hole!! We love the outdoors with just the sound of the birds singing and the sheep calling to their newborn lambs. We loved feeding the pigs. We loved the space. We loved the two dishwashers, two fridges and four ovens. But we always seemed to be going in the wrong direction to the two waste bins in the kitchen. We loved the big table which was great for sitting round, playing games and doing large puzzles. Too busy to watch much telly but great to have it everywhere. The wifi signal was better than we have in Hampshire! We didn't like the pillows but the beds and bathrooms were spacious. We loved having so much hot water. We loved having space to do whatever we wanted and to get up whenever we wanted and to just have a lovely family time. Thank you for all the time and care you took to build and design the house and contents. It was a truly memorable place to have stayed in. We felt very privileged. 10/10 - Our weekend at Ham Bottom was amazing! We loved everything about it and all ages were catered for from the trampoline and climbing frame in the garden to pool table in the living room. Not to mention the sauna and indoor pool - so conveniently situated off the breakfast room. The Fire House too was a real winner and perfect for pre dinner drinks. Our second visit and am sure there’ll be a third! We can recommend The Rock Inn for Sunday lunch was delicious. Award Winning and their Roast Beef melted in your mouth! - McColl
10/10 - This is our second visit to Ham Bottom, it could not be anymore perfect. The house itself is gorgeous, clean and modern. The barbecue hut is the best thing ever! The pool, sauna and hot tub again so much care has been taken to make sure they are super clean. Loved feeding the pigs and greeting the sheep every morning. There is nothing that needs to improved. Can’t wait to visit again! Taunton is a lovely town for a bit of shopping. Lots of lovely little villages and generally exploring the beautiful countryside.- Alexander

10/10 - The house is great, facilities excellent. The following comments are therefore about making things 101 per cent - a local ordnance survey map and an indication of walks possible from the house would be great. The smell of drains in my wife and my bathroom persisted most of the week. Small points after a lovely week. The children enjoyed the murder mystery treasure trail in Wellington (google Treasure Trails), takes about 2 hours.- Rand

9/10 - Ham Bottom is just wonderful, comfortable, clean, spacious, luxurious. We love the BBQ hut, the pool, the sauna, the jacuzzi, the well equipped kitchen, the coffee machine. A suggestion for an even better stay might be to do with the technology, we'd love it to be easier to use. We struggled to run a DVD in either of the 2 communal spaces. A pull down cinema screen with a projector would be so wonderful, it would be the cherry on an already amazing cake.- Braddock

10/10 - The property is amazing. We stayed with 6 couples for my Husband's birthday and I cannot recommend Ham Bottom highly enough. The BBQ lodge is fantastic for the evenings and the swimming pool and sauna were great too. The kitchen is stunning and the large dining table was perfect . The rooms are all a great size with lovely ensuites and the grounds were ideal.- Simpson
10/10 - Beyond perfect, don't think it could be improved. Although as we took our dog, maybe recommendations for dog walks/ dog friendly pubs etc would have been very useful - the property we stayed in, doesn't allow dogs at all times, so maybe that was the reason there wasn't any. Went for a short break to celebrate NYE, so only stayed on site enjoying the facilities and relaxing.- Hartley
10/10 - We enjoyed everything, just one minor thing might be that there wasn’t a good light near a comfy chair where we could read. Otherwise you’d thought of everything. We were more than happy just to go for walks in the countryside and feed the pigs! - Peskett
10/10 - We enjoyed it all very much. Maybe some larger glasses or glasses suitable for gins and tonics and a butter dish we couldn't see. All very small things and we just enjoyed everything. We loved the pool and the hot tub and sauna. Having said that the snooker and football were being enjoyed all the time too. Couldn't fault it! - Shaw

We have used you numerous times, mainly Ham Bottom and Fuzzy Orchard and can not recommend enough! We had such a fantastic weekend and all my friends enjoyed it, and many happy memories made. 10/10 - We particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna and the BBQ hut. We loved the peace and the quiet and the spacious gardens for football and French cricket. We enjoyed visiting Branscombe Beach, NT Knightshayes, Dunster Castle NT by steam train and Sheppy's Cider. The children had fun on the trampoline and climbing frame. 10/10 - The swimming pool was well used as was the sauna and jacuzzi. The children enjoyed the pool table and football game. Many penalty shots were practiced in the outside goals, just as well we brought our football. I think the towels should be changed when staying for a week. - Parkins Family

10/10 - The kitchen set up was amazing, from the fridge freezer to the ovens, making catering for a large group easy. The small touches such as providing tea and coffee, and dishwasher tabs were great, you don't normally get that in other properties. Only thing I can possibly think of was the Wi-Fi signal was weak but it really wasn't an issue. Thanks for a great weekend, hopefully there will be an opportunity in the future to visit again. We did the 4x4 experience day in Shepton Mallet which was great fun. Not that you needed to leave the property there was so much to do. - Downey
10/10 - Loved the hot tub, decking outside pool and new bi-folding doors - superb! Visiting the pigs and seeing the new born lambs was a highlight! We visited Street shopping village and did some lovely local walks. - Deluce

10/10 - We came as a party of 10 for our 40th birthdays, we saved all year together for a break from work and our children, we all enjoyed every minute of our relaxing break, everything to hand, modern clean facilities. 10/10 - We visited as a family (6-74 years) and everyone thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities, especially the swimming pool, pool table, BBQ hut, trampoline and adventure playground.
